@!!ü©i interprets human facial recognition and biometric data of the observer, revealing the unseen absurdities in surveillance.
In a world where every glance is tracked, this exhibition pushed the boundaries of art and technology where unsettling portraits are created using emotional, physical, and cognitive biometric data processed in realtime.
While the images may appear surreal, they represent a very real commentary on the impact of data surveillance. Each distorted face is a visual exploration of what happens when technology reduces human identity to mere data points.
The micro-expressions, heartbeats, and emotional responses captured by infrared sensors and facial recognition surveillance systems, are translated into abstracted reflections and contemporary expressions of facial ün-®ecognition.
The art compels viewers to ask: who controls the narrative when our most personal details are monitored, recorded, and transformed beyond consent?
