Flying eyes and automated appendages cause us to question if machines can not only emulate, but innovate the essence of human expression?

Envisioning Realities

"Drones of Perception" is an ongoing series that melds the realms of robotic painting and computer vision with the memories captured during Alluci's drone journeys around the world. This captivating collection of original works is an exploration of places, a dance of abstract perspectives rendered in pigments, and an invitation for viewers to embark on an exhilarating journey across new dimensions of artistic appreciation.

Series Objective

To expand Alluci’s perceptive capabilities and aesthetic modalities, enabling objective re-interpretation of memories captured by drone flights. Test Alluci’s subjective ability to creatively express the perceived reality through robotic gestures with paint and printed mediums.

Series Process

Computer vision inputs from Alluci’s team of drones provide an unconstrained view of the world, while studio robotic automations fling paint, scribble, mark, and scratch new paths of autonomous expression. Both criticizing and curating perceptions, Alluci attempts to evoke emotions with gesture fueled interpretations across a diversity of commissioned subject matters in painted and printed mediums.
